Welcome to the Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire musical collection, a compilation of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire midi files extracted from the games themselves. These midis were extracted from a Pokemon Sapphire (US) ROM by SAPPY, a program written by "Bouche" (Andrew Lim). After extracting them, I changed the instruments in certain songs to "improve" their quality. (I replaced the "Sawtooth Lead" with other instruments.) According to the SAPPY readme, you can feel free to use these midis as long as you give credit to the author (mentioned above). I hope you enjoy listening to this extensive POKEMON RUBY & SAPPHIRE MUSICAL COLLECTION!
If you're interested in listening to the ACTUAL music from the games, (not just midis,) I recommend downloading the Highly Advanced GSF (Gameboy Advance Sound Format) plugin for Winamp, and getting the Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire music files.
Please note that some of these midis may sound OFF-KEY on certain music synthesizers (eg. Quicktime Music Synth) They will, however, generally play properly using the default Windows XP synthesizer.
